Benny was born in Kassel, Germany on November 7th, 1987. He took professional trumpet and piano lessons from an early age and played in various orchestras and ensembles. After graduating from high-school, Benny worked as a freelance composer and in 2009 he joined Dynamedion as a composer/orchestrator.

Benny studies music theory and composition at the "Musikakademie Kassel".
